With its ergonomically optimized sport touring design, the mid-length SP-X BOA Drystar® Boots are engineered to deliver the highest levels of comfort when covering big miles in the saddle, while the boots’ waterproof and breathable Drystar® membrane guarantees exceptional wet weather performance. With its grippy, rugged sole, this boot is built to excel in all conditions and terrains, both on and off the bike.

Features

• The lateral side entry system incorporates BOA Speed Lace System technology for a quick, precise, and secure closure
• The main upper is constructed with a combination of advanced microfiber, knitted mesh and co-injected TPU with Lycra for the optimum blend of comfort, breathability and performance
• Equipped with a Drystar® liner for proven all-weather performance, remaining waterproof while still being highly breathable
• The rubber sole utilizes a special compound that provides textured grip and excellent absorption and features an integrated support shank for an enhanced sole rigidity
• Sports sole design incorporates a high flex inner structure (lasting insole) for superior walking comfort
• A lateral adjustable hook and loop closure system is integrated on the shin plate and incorporates a TPU 3D print on the strap for enhanced prehensility
• The front bellow is constructed in a Lycra co-injected with a soft TPU for enhanced comfort and protection
• The rear calf is constructed from textile for additional comfort and breathability.
• Equipped with a 3D mesh lining for high levels of breathability with micro suede on the heel for anti-sliding performance
• Sports sole design with a high flex inner structure (lasting insole) for superior walking comfort
• Rubber sole with special compound offers excellent grip and absorption, and integrated support shank enhances sole rigidity
• Features a removable anatomic EVA footbed with Lycra lining on top for supreme levels of support and comfort

Protection

• Design of shift pad features TPU technologies for superior upper foot protection
• TPU sliders are strategically positioned on the lateral toe-box and on the lateral calf for optimum flexion and protection
• A TPU heel counter design ensures impact protection in a critical area while also offering additional support and security
• Dual density ankle protectors are strategically positioned between the upper and padded lining to provide the strategic protection in key areas
• The internal shin reinforcement is layered under the upper for impact protection in a critical area
• The SP-X BOA Drystar® Boots are certified to EN 13634:2017
