The latest evolution of the Dainese Racing bestseller - for all motorcyclists who ride in warm weather and in summer. The Racing 5 leather jacket presents itself as a sporty motorbike jacket with a regular fit and is made from high-quality 1.2 mm thick Tutu cowhide leather.

With a focus on ergonomics, Dainese has carefully studied the riding position on the motorbike. The Veloce Racing Neck system reduces pressure on the neck and large inserts made from 2-way stretch fabric S1 as well as adjustment options at the hips ensure maximum comfort and freedom of movement.

Riding comfort is combined with a high level of protection. The EN 17092 Class AA-certified Racing 5 jacket is equipped with certified level 2 composite protectors on the elbows and shoulders, interchangeable aluminium inserts on the shoulders for a more natural slide in the event of a fall and a pocket with pre-fitting for the use of a type G back protector and a chest protector.

Thanks to studies on the perfect fit, the jacket can be worn comfortably over the Dainese Smart Air airbag device without having to buy a size up. The correct fit of the sleeves prevents the protectors from slipping into the wrong place in the event of a fall. This means that the rider can rely on maximum protection at all times. In addition, the loops with which the Smart Air is attached to the jacket allow the airbag to be put on and taken off with a single hand movement, with the airbag always remaining in the correct position under the jacket.

A practical waterproof inner pocket for storing your electronic devices in bad weather, as well as the ventilation openings on the chest and the air extraction zips on the hips for training in high temperatures increase the functionality of this garment in any weather.
