The Hooligan CE™ jacket is the physical representation of the core ICON mission of protecting the most at-risk riders.

Built with ICON's sport fit pattern for an aggressive riding stance, it is constructed of a 300D polyester chassis loaded with D30® impact protectors in the shoulder, elbow, and back. In addition, Iron Weave™ mesh panels are placed in strategic areas to significantly increase airflow through the jacket.

The Hooligan is equipped with impact & abrasion coverage yet maintains its easy wearing and max comfort characteristics.

D3O® Impact Protectors

D3O® impact protectors are made from an advanced patented polymer.

D3O® impact protectors utilize intelligent molecules that lock together on impact. Because of this, the impact protector can be made thinner and lighter, making a jacket more comfortable and easier to wear.

However, this decreased size does not come at the expense of impact protection.
