KYT TT-Revo Flux, full face helmet

TT-Revo, the KYT full face helmet whose shell is produced in ADT-advanced thermoplastic, a mix of thermoplastic resins with high resistance to crashes.

Its captivating and extreme shapes have been studied in the wind tunnel, to achieve the best performances without neglecting style and ergonomic.

The fine visor mechanism has been designed to offer practicality and efficiency at the same time.

Precious inners have been optimized to offer the best performance for comfort and outflow of the air.

The collaboration with aeronautics engineer, the use of special software and the wind tunnel gave life to this innovative helmet: strong, comfortable and performing.

Shell

Shell is made in three sizes (S, M and L), ADT-advanced thermoplastic, a mix of thermoplastic resins with high resistance to crashes.

EPS

Internal polystyrene realized in three sizes (XS, M and L) to obtain a better ergonomics and a variable density. This characteristic allows a gradual and progressive absorption of the energy produced by the impact.

Even if the bigger part of the energy created by the impact is absorbed by the external shell, thanks to its deformation, the role of polystyrene is determinant for the absorption of the residual energy.

Advanced Thermoplastic

ADT-advance thermoplastic shell made of an injection moulded, thermoplastic resin mix with high impact resistance.

Aerodynamics

The collaboration with aeronautical engineers, the use of innovative software and the use of the wind tunnel have given life to this innovative helmet: aggressive, comfortable and performing.

The aerodynamic performance is optimized to allow the best comfort at all speeds.

Aerodynamic spoiler

To ensure exceptional aerodynamic penetration and extraordinary stability at various speeds.

Ventilation

The internal protective polystyrene has been designed to work in symbiosis with the numerous and effective air intakes of the shell.

Air Vents

Five front air intakes and four rear extractors located under the aerodynamic spoiler.

Chin Curtain

To ensure better air and noise insulation at the bottom of the helmet.

Comfort liners

The fine inner liners are made of soft breathable bielastic fabric with synthetic fibers that offer a high sweat absorption and keep fresh and dry.

Breathable Textile

Inners are made of fine and soft fabrics in fibre that ease the air flow, maintaining dry and fresh the part in contact with the face.

Washable Comfort Liner

Cheek pads and lining are washable.

Removable Inners

Cheek pads and lining are completely removable.

Visor Features

The refined mechanics of the visor mechanism has been designed to offer practicality of use and efficiency at the same time. TT-REVO is equipped with an intuitive lock system to fix the visor in the closed position while driving.

Optical Visor Class 1

Visor geometries are carefully studied and designed through advanced optical software. The visor has a variable thickness in order to obtain the optical class 1, the best performance achievable for a lens.

Safety
