Macna Mondo 2.0, textile jacket waterproof

A waterproof textile jacket meant for city and touring riders in cold to mild/rainy riding conditions.

The Mondo 2.0 is made of stretchy softwill fabric and suited for mild to warm riding conditions with its fixed Raintex ML liner, which feels comfortable on the skin as it’s directly laminated against mesh fabric. The thermal liner is detachable and easily zipped out when the temperature rises.

This jacket comes with Macna's very own Easy Cuff™; a system that makes use of a zip – instead of loops and snaps – to keep everything in place. This nifty spec connects the detachable layers to each other and prevents your hand, wrist or watch from getting stuck when putting on or taking off your jacket.

To prevent your pants from creeping up in case of an incident, Macna added their Belt Loop™: strong webbing that runs all the way from the collar (at the upper back) to the lower back where it can be fixed to the belt of your jeans.

The loops you find inside are part of the Electric Power Guide™, or EPG for short. This differentiator lets you comfortably run cables through the inside of your jacket when powering heated garments such as gloves.

To minimise time lost at mandatory stops such as tollbooths, a Card Pocket is present at the lower arm to store an access card or other means of identification or payment.

At the back we’ve opted for two zips that enable you to split the jacket partly, which makes it easier and more comfortable to take a seat on your bike.

If you’re not a big fan of your hood flapping around, you can secure it in the Hoodie Holder™ at the back or zip it off completely. At the sides, we’ve placed discreet reflective Side Eye™ elements to make you better visible where it really matters.

Macna's RISC™ Level 1 impact protectors are present at the shoulders and elbows. A RISC™ back protector is separately available and can easily be placed in the designated compartment.

Raintex ML

The breathable and waterproof Raintex membrane is laminated directly against mesh fabric, which feels comfortable on the skin and prevents the membrane from sticking to your skin when wearing sleeveless clothing underneath.

Easy Cuff™

Comfy zip at the cuff - instead of loops and snaps - that connects the detachable membrane to the outer shell. Prevents loose, floating layers and your hand or foot from getting stuck.

Card Pocket

Pocket in the outer shell to store an access card or other means of identification or payment. Minimises time lost at mandatory stops such as tollbooths.

Hoodie Holder™

Female part at the top of the back where the hood can hook itself into if you want to have it fixed instead of flapping in the wind.

Electric Power Guide™

Electric Power Guide is a series of loops inside a MACNA motorcycle jacket that enable the separately available E.P.G. cable to be run on the outside of the removable thermal liner to power your gloves, offering full freedom of movement and no bulk at the wrists.

Belt Loop™

Loop made of strong webbing to fix the jacket to the belt of your jeans.

Material composition

92% polyester, 8% elastane
