Macna Tryton мотокуртка текстильная
Macna Tryton, textile jacket waterproof
A 3-layer anorak-style jacket with an off-centred main zip that runs the full length, developed for adventure, sports, and naked bike riders in all conditions and seasons.
The Tryton jacket is developed from our innovative Bradical jacket, and the first 3-layer anorak-style jacket on the market. It features an off-centred main zip that runs the full length of the jacket. Aside form the large kangaroo pocket at the front, it also has a large pocket at the back – handy for storing your detachable liner.
It is suited for all seasons thanks to the detachable thermal liner in combination with the detachable Raintex ML membrane. The membrane is very comfortable on the skin as it is laminated against mesh fabric.
Macna opted for discreet reflective Night Eye™ elements to make you better visible when it really matters. During the day, Night Eye™ is part of the fashionable design of your garment. At night, the microscopic dishes that cover the reflective back-layer will reflect light back to its source, making you stand out like a lighthouse on wheels.
Large 3D-mesh ventilation panels at the chest, back, and arms are fitted to ensure plenty of ventilation on warmer days. Macna also introduces the brand-new Quick Vent™: a large ventilation panel at the back that’s quickly opened whilst riding by pulling a pair of cords at the front.
The Tryton is prepared for the MUPBP-1 base plate to be attached to the back, which enables expansion of luggage capacity through modular gear such as Macna's MUHB-1 hip bag.
This jacket comes with Macna's very own Easy Cuff™; a system that makes use of a zip – instead of loops and snaps – to keep everything in place. This nifty spec connects the detachable layers to each other and prevents your hand, wrist or watch from getting stuck when putting on or taking off your jacket.
The loops you find inside are part of the Electric Power Guide™, or EPG for short. This differentiator lets you comfortably run cables through the inside of your jacket when powering heated garments such as gloves.
Other in-house developed differentiators are Belt Loop™ (to prevent your jacket from creeping up in case of a fall) and Dynamic Cuff™, which enables a better fit between sleeve and glove.
The hood can be zipped off or kept in place by the Hoodie Holder™, and the Water Exhaust™ prevents the jacket from getting soggy by dispersing water between the membrane and outer shell.
Macna's RISC™ Level 1 impact protectors are present at the shoulders and elbows and easily accessible thanks to the Quick Pockets™. A RISC™ back protector is separately available and can easily be placed in the designated compartment.

Ripstop
Strong fabric with a fine squared pattern texture with reinforced yarns that makes the material stronger and very resistant to tearing. Different variants of ripstop are used in Macna’s riding gear, depending on the style and intended use of the garment.
Raintex ML
The latest addition to Macna’s waterproof membrane collection is Raintex ML, which prevents rainwater from penetrating whilst enabling vapor drops to make their way through. These membranes keep you free from both sweat and rainwater, and are more comfortable than a regular Raintex membrane.
ML stands for ‘mesh laminated’, which means the waterproof membrane is laminated directly against a layer of fine mesh fabric. This fabric is comfortable on the skin as it doesn’t get sticky when riding with a t-shirt underneath, opposed to traditional membrane variants.
These membranes are incorporated into Macna’s waterproof garments in different ways. Some feature a fixed membrane and others are fitted with a detachable one. There are also jackets with a waterproof liner, which means the waterproof membrane and thermal liner are combined to create a single layer.
Water Exhaust™
Membranes indeed block water, but that doesn’t mean water is unable to penetrate the outer layer. This can cause water to get trapped between outer layer and membrane, resulting in your glove becoming wet, cold, and soggy.
By fitting a garment with a Water Exhaust™, Macna prevents it from getting soaked, cold, and soggy. The Water Exhaust™ drains any excess rainwater that wants to accumulate between the waterproof Raintex membrane and outer layer, causing the garment to dry much faster.
Quick Vent™
A large ventilation panel at the back of the jacket that’s quickly opened by pulling a pair of cords at the front. It can be compared to Venetian blinds you sometimes find in houses.
Electric Power Guide™
EPG allows you to run power cables trough the inside of your jacket, offering you full movement and no bulk at the wrists. EPG prepared jackets feature loops to easily guide the power cable through the sleeves. With many battery options to choose from, there’s a solution for everybody.
Side Eye™
Reflective elements that remain discreet by day, implemented on the side to boost visibility. Night Eye's little brother.
Quick Pockets™
Imagine stopping at a pavement café after hours of riding in the sun. The only thing standing between you and a comfortable break are your knee protectors – if only they were easy to take out. At the end of the day your gear needs a machine wash, which forces you to dismantle your jacket – in addition to your pants – in search of its protectors.
With Quick Pockets™, these scenes are a thing of the past. Quick Pockets™ are fitted with a zip that enables quick access to your protectors. Now you can enjoy your stops more comfortably and don’t have to worry about getting dirty.
P.A.L.S.
Even today, there’s not a lot of choice when it comes to wearable luggage options for motorcyclists. That’s where Macna’s utility-style gear comes in.
The garments and accessories in this new segment feature P.A.L.S. webbing or are prepared for Mana’s P.A.L.S. baseplate. This enables their utility bags and pouches to be attached in order to expand luggage capacity.
P.A.L.S. stands for Pouch Attachment Ladder System. The last two words refer to the webbing, which enables the first two words; attaching pouches.
P.A.L.S. MUHB-1 Hip Bag
The MUHB-1 hip bag can be fitted on Macna’s utility P.A.L.S. base plate or MUBP backpack in order to increase baggage capacity.
P.A.L.S. MUPBP-1 Base Plate
The utility P.A.L.S. base plate can be fitted onto prepared jackets and enables M.O.L.L.E gear – like the bags below – to be placed in order to expand baggage capacity.
Ergo Pocket™
Ergonomically designed pockets between the back and sides of the jacket. The pockets are positioned in a way that enables easy access when reaching for one of them.
Dyna Cuff™
Chances are likely that your arms are shorter or longer than others. Truth is, no two bodies are the same. For some riders, finding a suitable jacket is an event they can hardly look forward to. Most jackets are either too long or too short, or they fit well but the sleeves are simply too long.
Dyna Cuff™ is a softer, more dynamic cuff that enables the sleeve to retract and adjust itself to the length of the wearer's arm. This solution is particularly great for riders who have short arms in relation to their bodies.
Hoodie Holder™
If you’re a rider that prefers casually styled riding gear, you might be familiar with your hood catching wind. Being slowed down is annoying enough as it is, not to mention your hood flapping around like a madman.
Prevent your hood from turning into a parachute by using the Hoodie Holder™. Slide the button at the tip of the hood into the Hoodie Holder™ and enjoy a flap-free ride whilst the hood is kept in place.
Belt Loop™
Wearing jeans on a sports- or naked bike can get a bit chilly when your jacket decides to creep up on you. Being cold is one thing, getting hurt is another. In case of an incident, you might end up on your back without your jacket covering it.
Raise your comfort and safety with Macna’s Belt Loop™. It is made of strong webbing that is secured at the top of the back and runs all the way down your jacket, where you can connect it to your belt. The Belt Loop™ keeps your jacket in place, prevents a cold back, and raises your safety in case of an incident.
R.I.S.C.™ Protectors
A garment can be fitted with Level 1 or Level 2 protectors, depending on which segment you’re going for. Level 2 protectors are thicker and heavier than Level 1, but in turn they provide better protection. Both levels of RISC protectors are interchangeable and separately available, so you can easily scale down or up if you’d like to.
R.I.S.C.™ Back Protector
You won’t find chest and back protectors in Macna’s garments – with exception of protective jackets such as the Korus and Whizzar – but they are separately available should you fancy extra protection. Make sure to check out the size table if you’re thinking about purchasing a Level 2 back protector.
