Drawing inspiration from the past and making it future friendly is what the Heritage collection is all about. In that collection you’ll find the Huxley jacket. An homage to the past with modern-day materials and safety.

Focused on the detail

Upon first glance, the Huxley jacket is “simple” in terms of looks. We’ve done that for a reason. By keeping the design clean, the focal point can be on the iconic D-pocket positioned at the chest. That said, supporting the Huxley in its modern-day appeal is the inclusion of a ventilation panel behind the front zipper and behind the action pleat at the back panel, along with a AAA classification.

Fit to ride

Wider in the shoulders and more tapered towards the tummy, the Huxley jacket has a more classic, masculine cut to it. And the inclusion of the integrated elastic band at the waist offers a more comfortable fit. Speaking of comfort, the backer against the buffalo leather exterior was added to make sure that even if you’re riding with just a t-shirt underneath, it remains soft against the skin. Furthermore, cooler days are made more bearable thanks to the detachable thermal liner.

Slim fit

Slim Fit accentuates the natural body shape and ensures a slim and elegant look. It is characterized by a tighter and narrower cut that highlights certain parts of the body. Despite the slimmer profile, Slim Fit still offers plenty of comfort and freedom of movement where needed.

Zipper at cuffs

The zipper on the cuff has several functions. Firstly, it ensures easy entry into the sleeve, secondly, it offers additional ventilation on warm days and thirdly, it allows the glove cuff to be worn between the jacket and the membrane.

Stretch pleats at the back armhole

Integrated pleats and comfort-enhancing stretch at the back armhole for a better fit.

Jeans loop

With the loop on the back, the jacket can be connected to your jeans and therefore does not ride up, making riding with your bare back a thing of the past.

Short connection zipper

Its intention is to create a secure connection between the trousers/jeans and your jacket/overshirt to minimize and/or eliminate the jacket exposing your skin while in the riding position.

Ventilation panel behind center front zipper

The main center-front zipper can be zipped open to reveal a mesh ventilation panel that directs air to flow toward your body.

Safety seams

The seams determine the resistance of a motorcycle garment in the event of a fall. That's why REV'IT! Only safety seams in areas at risk of falling. These have a visible and an invisible hem. This structure holds the outer shell together even if the visible seam is frayed.

SEESMART™ protectors offer maximum flexibility. At the same time, they meet impact tests according to EN 1621-1:2012 Level 1 at both normal and high (T+) ambient temperatures.

Buffalo leather

Buffalo is a type of leather that differs from cowhide in its more robust appearance. The finish provides a classic look and allows it to age beautifully.
