Any seasoned long-distance adventurer knows that the hands bear the brunt of whatever the weather throws at you. With the Lacus GTX, you don't have to worry about the weather, not even sudden downpours or heavy storms. The GORE-TEX membrane keeps your hands and wrists dry by waterproofing both the natural and synthetic materials used in the construction of this glove.

Materials that make the difference

The main component is soft drum-dyed goatskin on the palm and back of the hand. Combining strength and flexibility with all-weather performance, the leather's water-repellent coating makes the Lacus GTX a great waterproof glove for all occasions. Plus, the fine Pittards® sheepskin at the palm and thumb contact points ensures firm grip when it counts.

Practical for adventures

When you're on an adventure, your hands are the tools you use the most. The Lacus GTX offers protection for these elemental extremities in the form of a blend of hard shell and memory foam that wraps your hands and wrists. Should you hit the pavement, a TPU hard-shell palm slider greatly reduces the risk of injury, while Temperfoam® along the fingers, on the thumbs and on the palms protects your hands without restricting your movement. There's also thumb protection and therefore a thumbs up for adventurers.

High-quality viscoelastic foam that conforms to the rider's knuckles for improved comfort and protection.

TPU hard shell palm slider

Palm sliders are made of durable and highly abrasion-resistant TPU material and are located on the palm of the glove. They ensure that the glove glides immediately when the hand touches the asphalt. The abrasion resistance of such equipped gloves is enormous, which significantly reduces the risk of injury.

Conductive leather fingertips

With the conductive leather fingertips, you never have to take off your gloves to operate a smartphone or navi again. These fingertips were developed specifically for touch screens.
