Its makeup

Created with 2L nylon 600D GORE-TEX fabric, the Trench 2 GTX means serious business when it comes to keeping the rain away. But for the days when you’re in need of more air, simply open the VCS|Aquadefence panels at the chest for the breeze to blow toward your body. Both features found in Revit's top-tier ADV garments, in order to keep you riding for longer despite what the weather is doing. Two large waterproof side pockets with magnetic fasteners and a Napoleon pocket allow personal items to be kept within reach without them getting wet.

Form and function

With a monochromatic color palette, the Trench 2 GTX blends in with both nature and the urban jungle; making a highly diverse product with an impressive resumé of features that get you to and from your destination safely. Revit included stretch at the back for added comfort along with various adjustment points at the hem, lower arm, cuffs, and waist to make sure you have the perfect fit anytime you’re out on the bike.

GORE-TEX® 2L fabric

This three-layer GORE-TEX fabric consists of a carefully selected upper and membrane bonded to a recycled, solution-dyed polyester knit lining for added durability. The upper comes with a PFC-free DWR treatment. The innovative new GORE-TEX membrane is based on expanded polyethylene (ePE), making it lightweight, thin, yet durable. It offers durable waterproofing, windproofing and breathability. It is also PFC-free and has a reduced carbon footprint (according to Higg MSI), which is achieved through a lower material mass and a novel material combination.

VCS|aquadefence

When open, the Aquadefence system allows direct ventilation to the body. When the zipper or panel is closed, it presses on the built-in rain seal, the jacket is then 100% windproof and waterproof.  When the visor or zipper is closed, the rain seal prevents water from entering through the vents, keeping you dry and comfortable. 3D air mesh

This knitted fabric has an open, 3-dimensional structure that ensures good ventilation while riding. 3D air mesh is a must-have for long touring riders.
