The RST Pro Series Adventure-X Airbag Jacket is a must for all adventure rides. Designed with input from legendary Dakar Rally finisher Mick Extance, who knows what it takes to make the best jackets for adventure riding!

This is a high specification jacket: it is double layered and made from MaxTex - a lightweight, high density synthetic material that provides excellent protection and is comfortable to wear. In addition, a Ballistic textile is placed over key impact areas, and the triple seams of coated bonded nylon thread provide increased abrasion resistance.

Complementing the jacket is the innovative and removable X-Liner - a unique, lightweight liner that combines the features of the quilted thermal lining and the SinAqua waterproof membrane. It can be easily removed and stored in the rear map pocket of the jacket.

Together with the excellent ventilation provided by the fixed comfort mesh lining and the numerous vents in the chest, arm and back areas, this ensures excellent airflow in and out of the jacket, keeping you cool while you ride.

Add to that best-in-class protection: it has a certification rating of AA and a Level 1 back protector, as well as Level 2 shoulder and elbow protectors and TPU shoulder pads, and you have a garment that will protect you in any impact.

And if that wasn't enough, heavy-duty MAX zippers are used throughout the jacket, and there are stretch motion panels and adjustment points on the arms and waist to provide the most comfortable fit possible.

MaxTex

MaxTex is a 600 denier polyester fabric that offers a good balance between protection and ergonomics.

MaxTex was developed exclusively for RST and offers higher abrasion resistance than normal 600 denier polyester.

Ballistic

A tightly woven, heavy polyester fabric with fine fibers that provides extreme abrasion, tear and cut resistance.

Amara

Soft, suede-like microfiber known for its durability.

Motion Panels

An accordion panel area sewn from leather or fabric and backed with elastic to improve ergonomics and natural freedom of movement when wearing the garment.
